little Isle near Balmora

Hi there to all modders and fans of Morrowind.

I am Morrowind fan and love to play with many mods.

Especially i want to pimp Balmora where I hang out most of the time. Mods I use for Balmora are mostly separate, because I dont love restrictions and fps drops suffered through use of general overhauls.

The mods I am using for Balmora are following:

 

Guar seller at south entrance (adds herded pack of Guar and seller at the south entrance, near pawnbroker. Cute)

 

Adventurers Guild (moves Clagios store further south)

 

Storage house (left of pawnbroker, but need to get throgh herded guars :/)

 

Phoenix Manor (Nice window illumination and beautiful addition to city :D)

 

Balmora Fletcher at the Temple (sells enchanted arrows, good for me, cause I am Bosmer Archer)

 

Morriels Appartment above Cosades house, house to rent (immersive way to live in Balmora)

 

But there remain still one gap to fill. This little Island near Silt Strider. It has good location and often visited. So i think it needs something essential.

 

I dont need another player house, cause there is plenty of chances to use other spots. And i have the house already.

 

I found mod called Alchemist Grotto. But there are many alchemists in the game already. So i dont need another one. Actually i have this mod installed, cause i like the building on the river.

 

I wish i had there something special instead, like fishing academy. Or hunters guild. Anything that has quests to do. I looked through mods, but could not find anything besides player homes and this alchemist.

 

May be You mod junkees have to tell something on this matter?

 

Btw: Odai Transport Service fits very well to this Isle. But has no building and quests, only dock and npc on the opposite river bank. Still recommended, because nice and immersive addition to Balmora :D
