Skinny Malone Recruitable Settler

You took his girl, you killed his guys, you stormed his house, and THEN HE LOST EVERYTHING ELSE. When I came upon Skinny Malone just cookin' meat by himself in the wasteland wilderness, I felt bad.
I want an opportunity to reform Skinny-- I wanna recruit him as a settler when I see him out in the wasteland. I just wanna be able to bring him home to the Marina and get him a job.

This is something I'd absolutely do for myself but I do not have even the slightest idea how.

Some one on a steam forum provided console commands that let you make anyone a settler, so it should work on Skinny Malone too

"Target npc in console and enter the following commands:

Addtofaction 1c21c 1
Addkeyword workshopallowcommand
Addkeyword workshopallowmove
setpv bcommandable 1
setpv ballowmove 1
setpv ballowcaravan 1"

Doesn't always work, because the NPC is missing workshopnpcscript. Does work on Dogmeat lol I sometimes set him commandable and then assign him to a bed to keep settlers out of it (he won't actually use the bed).
