Bane costume from The Dark Knight Rises

I posted this at Reddit but to no avail, so I am coming to the Nexus itself.

 

After watching The Dark Knight Rises last night I want my next Fallout character to be none other than Bane!

 

Unfortunately I cannot find any suitable gas masks or proper duster/vests for him to use so I am coming to you!

Hopefully someone would be able to mod this, I think Bane's look is a great addition to Fallout.

 

Also, does anyone know of a mod which allows me to have no hair?

Unfortunately this still has not been done, I believe Bane's look is perfect for the Fallout world.

So should his mouth be like a plasma rifle ?

Spit a green fire ball when he saves his spit up ... pituie ~~> *#@th

 

But of course more than a plasma projectile. And maybe even choose a few variants. Offensive to a Defensive option . Like slow enemies with glue ?
