Mods not installing correctly/showing up in game?

So basically, I downloaded some mods for Skyrim and loaded them into Vortex. I installed them, and enabled them in the plugins, I even installed LOOT to help with it. There are some file conflicts with my graphics mods (Flora Overhaul, static mesh improvement, etc, which I'm not too sure what to do about because there's a ton). However, when I load up the game, NONE of my mods show up. For example, I have mods like Eyes of Beauty or Apachii Sky Hair for NPCs installed, and when I start my game, none of them are there. It's like I'm playing a completely vanilla skyrim, even though I have all the plugins enabled in Vortex and in the SKSE launcher as well. Please help :)

LOOT is already built into Vortex, so the standalone is not needed.

Also, have you read the built in knowledge base and watched the built in tutorial videos?

 

Try DEPLOYING the mods after INSTALLING them.
