Help with Performance

So my specification is like this:

MSI GL62 7RDX Laptop

Intel Core i7 7700HQ @2.80GHz

GTX 1050 4GB

16GB RAM

I turn the Gaming mode on and it is charging. and i already set the game to NVIDIA GPU on Control panel, the GPU Activity listed it when im playing.

But i play skyrim in outdoor map with only 30FPS max on Low, sometimes 20FPS. i suppose i can atleast get it on 30-45. below 30 is unplayable since i cannot aim better with all the motion delay.

i set the game to Low Setting with BETHini.

and im using a DynDOLOD Low Preset. still the same, but it only happen at outdoor. i can reach 90-100FPS Indoor, even Dwarven Dungeon.

i read that DynDOLOD Low doesnt give any performance impact even if it's still give a good visuals on far away.

I'm using this mods that i think have impact in the FPS. but i dont think that they have any big impact on my performance:

• SMIM
• ELFX Enhanced + Weather (Already tried to remove it, and had no impact)
• Great Cities Series (without Solitude)
• JK's Skyrim
• Cutting Room
• Skyrim Flora Overhaul
• Realistic Water Two

I dont use ENB.

There was True Storm, but i removed it, i thought this mod is the reason but it doesnt give any FPS increase.

Already do some research on some of the mods, but i dont see any report about major performance impact.

Any Solution? i mean with that specification, i dont think it's possible to get below 30FPS.

That’s a lot of mods. The gtx1050 is not exactly a powerhouse. I’d start fresh and decide what’s important.

Are you in full screen or windowed borderless ? I have 2 monitors and I was in borderless, with around 40 fps outside. I changed to fullscreen and now I have constant 60 fps, so it might help. Williaal is right tho about your hardware settings.

are you running HDT SMP?

 

i had the 1050Ti card and the game hammered it, 5fps after entering a few buildings. but the card was bottlenecking with the cpu which was the amd Phenom II. now i have the Ryzen 5 and Radeon RX 580 video card and a little better performance but still not good. so when you find an answer let me know :)

 

BUT i do know that if you are running SMP if you comment out the collisions in the CBBE.xml file then the game will drastically increase in fps.
