Sex.

Males behavior according to your own opinion and what civilization has drummed into your heads concerning today's, not the past's, today's man's real responsibilities when it involves sex with a woman?

If I died in battle and before I went off to war I had a wife and she gave birth to my son??? And you were his grandfather, uncle, male cousin, step-father, or a man helping out while his mother did her best...

What would you tell my first born son about his strange new sensations and thoughts when his sex drive begins to interrupt his daily thinking?

My first unknown occurred when my voice changed from a little boyish almost girlish kind to a deep resonant tone. I didn't know why my voice suddenly became different. I think I'd want to know why that happened.

Do you think your suggestion might be appropriate a while later on?

Would explaining the reason for why the frog in the throat occurred; then leading up to explaining to him he was becoming physically enabled be more appropriate?

I dont know /// why was I wrong ?

I am vague here ... so need some input ... is your voice change recent ?

I take it you are... The voice change is normal in every healthy male. It's the first sign a young boy has physically become a man. Age isn't always a reference. I was wondering if I could entrust anyone with a boy child if I had one at my ripe old age and wasn't able to help out when he reached his prime.

No offense. Don't take what I am on about too personal. Maybe it's time people in the modding of children in their game put a few bits of these medical facts in their game?

What do you think?

Now about how you might better be able to identify troubled new males. What I just posted is the most obvious! The pitch of a young boys voice changes so he can no longer get into the Vienna Boys Choir when he's become physically activated.

There are no wrong answers.

It's just being aware of physical changes not usually given any attention is the cause for many upsets in life. If people in the real world will keep alert to the changes in males and females all people will live safer, happier, and healthier lives.

I got on the Internet to check my mail and the news pictures shown today are totally focused on women.

How about we discuss what we hot blooded males are expected to do?

Here's what I think we're supposed to do. All males get dressed up like a king, buy a big box of chocolates in the shape of a heart, pick up a bundle of flowers (like our Mothers keep around the house). Then go sit on a bench at the park, (if it's -22 Fahrenheit at the park go to the Mall) and wait for the woman of your dreams to come and sit down beside you.

For men only:

If a gal you're not interested in sits next to you and tries to get some of the goodies, stand up, move a little ways, wait... If she gets up and follows, move a little further away; if she moves toward you and tries to grab your box of chocolates. Dodge and slide around her. And if your Mother continues to follow you as you leave, hand her the chocolates and flowers as she follows you back home. Run! Forest. Run! Stop! Forest. Your Home.

Nature rules males in mysterious ways.

My experience was trying out for a boys quire , and my voice cracked during it.

I used to sing all the time before the change ... then didn't again for 20 years ... ?

I played other instruments though ... trumpet , guitar , drums ,then mostly bass .

The first sign of becoming a man, the voice cracks. Ah choir! I got dropped from the school singing group when my voice changed too. I panicked though, I thought I had a bad cold in the throat.

Did you play in the school band? Or start up a band outside of school?

Ah ha ... "Choir" I knew it didn't look right , thanks for the correction.

I played trumpet from 6th to 8th grade in the school band. And the band teacher asked who wanted to try out for a boys choir ... so I gave it a shot since I had done some singing in church and school plays , plus quite a bit of singing with my mom and she would play the piano.

And honestly I don't remember my voice cracking during that try out ( which was just me and the teacher)

But this kid who was sort of a bully to me through those years ... mentioned it later cuz he had been hanging out side the band room door. Making fun of the way my voice cracked.

That episode didn't really bother me though , at least It's not an episode I was traumatized over.

Not like using the toilet stall in the boys room at school , then other boys coming in and harassing for it.

Needless to say , 40+ years later , I still avoid using public toilet stalls.

But anyways , I also quit playing the trumpet then , and started playing guitar , because I was getting into heavy metal music , drugs / alcohol and growing my hair long. Couple years later I switched to bass then started playing in garage bands.

What I wish I would have been told as a teenager , would be to take care of my body.

Work smarter not harder. I got into construction trades , and treated my body like a fork lift.

Doing the He man thing . And my dad had sort of demanded it of me.

Took me till my late 30's to realize the damage I was doing. But it was to late by then , plus old habits are hard to break. Needless to say , I ended up needing back surgery by mid 40's.
