Vortex crash

I tried to download Horizon FO4 ( https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/17374 ) using Vortex then it suddenly crashed and now Vortex always crashes after a few seconds after launch. I have Vortex 0.16.5 when this happened. I've downloaded and installed other mods without problem before this. I uninstalled Vortex and installed the latest 0.17.3 and now Vortex won't even launch. I have 4 Vortex apps on background and it appears on taskbar but nothing happens. This is the crash dump

Alright! fixed my crash. I unchecked the read only box of my loadorder.txt and plugins.txt. Must have been changed to read only by FO4 tweaker
