PF Grade Problem

well i have MGS5 on Steam and had the Mods installed and went into PF Grade (Long) and it loaded Normally .. but then every single time later when i open the game to play i have to go offline to avoid the tutorial of the PF Grade cause it Stuck at the Loading and i cant press anything to go out so i can only play offline currently .. any Fix for that ? and i tried to remove the Mods  at first nothin ... Re Validate Files Nothin ... Reinstalled the Mods and Tried Nothin ... turned them off ... Nothin
