Forced sound commercials?

So I can't afford a subscriptions this instant for the Nexus and after 5-10 minutes of looking at some mods, I suddenly get blasted in my ears a commercial playing at the bottom of the page with FORCED volume meaning when I click the mute audio option or even the pause option they don't work. Gave me almost a literal heart attack. It's one thing seeing the small windows coming up in the lower right corner when browsing, but it's a whole something else when you get a forced sound commercial.

 

Are there any options to ensure to disable this if I am not a currently subscribed Nexus member?

Hm, I cannot reproduce this. Whenever I access the homepage on a non-premium account for testing the video will play as muted. Not to mention mute/unmute works just fine.

 

What browser are you using and are you perchance using any plugins?

Get a picture of it next time you see it. Also the supporter account is a one time payment of 2 dollars
