Elemental Temple Adventures

An..ambitious.. adventure mod idea, that adds a few dozen New Dungeons to the world of Skyrim. A Hidden Forest temple with Plant/swamp themed monsters? O_o , a Water Temple out in the sea of Ghosts that rises out of the water (bring lots of water breathing potions), a Dark temple (Death/dead/grave theme) in the Whiterun well er whatever. >_> (or Hjalmarch area)

 

A Fire temple deep under ground right on top of an active fault line in some mountain somewhere, magma flows, crazed fire wizards, fire Atronach's of various sizes, flaming skeletons? :[ you know and other fiery monsters. A Sky/Wind temple in the Sky of course hidden by clouds. and whatever else you could come up with.

 

These temples would naturally have puzzles that put the game's to shame, a unique item that gets you though the dungeon and a cool boss fight at the end of each and a cool, powerful weapon or a spell as reward for each. naturally a tough fire dragon is going to be the boss of the fire temple i mean, like duh right? but you know whatever. this would be so cool to have.

I actually have an idea like this planned in the semi-distant future (working on some other stuff atm)

 

An Elemental Temple for each of the vanilla destruction elements (Fire, frost, shock), and then 3 more for the Elemental Destruction Magic elements (Water, Earth, Wind).

 

You'll have to fight elemental daedra as you solve puzzles to reach the end, which will give you the ability to summon an Ancient Atronach of the respective type, as well as some treasure. I also plan on adding hidden secondary objectives to unlock secret bosses with even more loot.

 

It's still a while off, but yeah :P

Awe that sounds awesome :D hm, so is this like, one massive Dungeon? because it would be cool if The Lightning Temple was on top of a cloud shrouded thundery mountain somewhere, with like a... magnetism thing. You use magnets and lightning to solve the various puzzles.

 

The fire Temple of course would be near lots of magma deep under ground, East marsh that would be a good spot, theres lots of steam vents and hots springs there and what is all that water being heated by?

 

The Ice temple would be located in the coldest looking place in Skyrim, somewhere hidden near Winterhold perhaps?.

 

The water temple would be out in that vast unused emptiness of the ocean somewhere, where there will be a tiny seemingly insignificant spit of land with a pedestal where you put some kind of maguffin that raises the temple from the water so you can enter it. idk if thats even possible with the CK >_< but if not then well its out in the ocean then.

 

The Wind temple should be high in the sky hidden by clouds naturally, where can you find a more windy location?.

 

The Earth Temple should probably be somewhere near Riften or Falkreath Perhaps? Lots of Trees good climate for most plants.

 

You know just something to think about is all.
