Problems with complete character makeover mod.

Firstly, i would put this out there that i am a complete newbie when it comes to modding, so if it seems like the answer was prety obvious or i am not understanding something, i probably aren't.

Now, so i have download Complete Character Makeover 1.2 MOD from vortex, enabled it, but while in game it doesn't shows in the mod list, neither i find any difference with the character faces, the only thing happened was ruined textures but that fixed after i restarted the game.

I am using skyrim special edition, and have sse fixes, unofficial patch, alternate start and skyui.

Other then that i use SKSE(what it is) to launch my game.

 

Should i manually install the mod, and if so, how? or is there something i am getting wrong?
