RombyDk Posted February 24, 2019 Share Posted February 24, 2019 Regretted the HC debuff perks I chose. So wanted to change the values a little. Set HC Perk Claustrophobic wat*0.85 to wat*0.90 in both game buff.xml file and a mod i useds buff.xml file. Sadly I see no change when I load the game, change to a full helm and look at the dmg valued in charecter screen. Does anyone know what I did wrong?
