magical travel mod - dresden files style - request

To any moders out there who enjoy the Dresden Files as much as we enjoy Skyrim:

Now, i know there are many teleport mods already made. but this request is a little bit different.

Here is my idea. maybe its possible. maybe not. maybe its more work than its worth.

In the Dresden files book series the magical way to transport yourself is through the use of the netherworld ways. The spell is called aparturum.

The spell basically opens a way between earth and the netherworld. You go in there; travel through the ways then open another gate back to earth on a different location. In the books, the netherworld is a reflection of the location of earth. A bad place or neighborhood would transport you to a place in the netherworld full of nasty beings and a nice place on earth opens a gate to a nice place in the netherworld.

So this is my request, create a version of this.

A spell called Aparturum which transports you to another map with paths that leads to different location where you can use Aparturum again back to skyrim. The locations to teleport back would be standard locations, like the cities/towns/castle volkihar/fort dawnguard (the valley entrance as i'm pretty sure teleporting to the castle itself could break the trigger for the initial quest). Now here is the part where it would make it really immersive in the game. Depending where you cast the spell in Skyrim you can either open a gate to a version of Sovngarde or to Soul Cairn. The path you walk in the Soul Cairn can be filled with enemies according to the level, skeletons, draugrs, deadras, etc. Where the path in Sovngarde would be filled with friendly souls. Even further, it can be made so if you haven't done the main story line, the Sovngarde path would be filled with mist and fog and no souls. You would only see the nice landscape/friendly souls if you have finished hte main storyline.

What do you guys think? is it possible? worthy of your time?
