CTD Near whiterun/ Puelega farm

So I modded skyrim, and have tried everything I can to try and fix this, Used loot to sort my list, tse5edit to clean ITM, deleted refs/nav mesh, and sort masters. I have tried the SKSE ini fix that I had read many say fixed their issues

Segate Cuda 5400rpm HDD

Once I get past those trees and close to where they are fighting the giant the game crashes to desktop.

I would add a papyrus log but it's not saving when the game crashes
