Mod that makes water splashes for bullet impacts more like real life

I dont know if there is a mod like this, I cant seem to find anything similar to it.

I noticed when you shoot water, with anything other than an explosive weapon, the splash is like throwing a small pebble into the water.

It should be quite a large splash, even with pistol rounds, which are relatively slow.
