Changing the "armorer" expert perk in CS

So I tried looking through the gamesetting list but I can't seem to find any reference to the expert armorer perk..

 

I basically want to increase the bonus from 125% to something higher, so you'd be able to use weaker weapons in later stages of the game.

 

Any help or confirmation that this is impossible would be appreciated! :laugh:
