dragonchemist Posted March 8, 2019 Share Posted March 8, 2019 Has anyone experienced this issue and/or know how to fix it. I'm a level 9 and I still don't have a perk card for lockpick. Its totally frustrating not to be able to deal with locks AT ALL (ie lockpick skill = 0). However, once in a while I try to unlock and nothing happens with the lock but after revisiting the safe and it magically opens for me and all the loot, or assumedly, all is now available to take! I don't know if there are any other Perk cards I should be getting at this level that I don't have so its possible I'm missing an entire card pack. daunting Posted March 14, 2019 Share Posted March 14, 2019 Yeah I have trouble with perk picks including missing lockpick for early levels. I also find the perk system bizarre and hard to understand. I seem to have picked perks I know I didn't pick for example, and sometimes a perk with go to a second level and other times it won't. I find the color of the highlighted special or perk card chooses - yellow - to be almost unnoticeable. As a whole I find it hard to navigate and understand.
