Texture/Performance CTD Issue

Hi everyone, I'm wondering if anyone can help me.

I've been making my way through a TTW playthrough for the first time and I've really dragged it out. I'm sitting at 200 hours for the one save file.

I've completed all the DLC other than Lonesome Road, im using Onetweak, NVSR and the 4GB patch. Everything was working fine until I went to D.C and came back again.

Once the game loads in, It will play for about 30 seconds to a minute, and then the textures will all of a sudden drop out. I cant fast travel, I cant save because my screen locks up but doesn't crash and I cant save, forcing me to sign out and sign back in. The textures dont load if i do manage to fast travel. I've tried applying and unnapplying archiveinvalidation through multiple tools and sources and nothing has seemed to work. It seems like more of a memory issue than a texture issue, but I have no idea what is causing this.

The computer I use is fairly new, and the most heavy duty texture mods I use are Drag's Overhaul mods, everything else is faily light in terms of resolution and I run it on basic medium settings with low LOD and load distances.

Anyone had a problem like this before? I'm relatively new to modding again after a long time but any help would be appreciated, Thanks!

This only happens after you "fast travel"?

* The game has "memory leaks". You might want to try using the tool "Memclean", which periodically (you can set the interval; default is every 15 minutes) tells the OS to perform it's built-in "clean up" of memory. It has a "mini-monitor" that displays memory usage. Doesn't seem to hurt and might help right after you FT. You might need to revert to a save point prior to when you FT'd. (Though from what you say, it seems you only have the one save file? In which case, you have now encountered why that is not a good practice. You could be 200 hours SOoL.)

Please see the 'Issue - Incomplete save game load' entry under the 'Solutions to Starting the game problems' section, and the 'Solutions to Performance problems' section of the wiki "Fallout NV Mod Conflict Troubleshooting" article. I'm thinking in particular of the 'Issue - Game in slow motion' entry about "Note that 'uGridsToLoad=' is directly linked with 'uInterior Cell Buffer=' and 'uExterior Cell Buffer=' values. Best to leave all three alone.", but the others may also be relevant.

Also see 'Issue - CTD on interior or exterior or fast travel cell change' and 'Issue - CTD upon completion of DLC' entries under 'Solutions to "Crash To Desktop" (CTD) problems' section
