Mod Organizer not running the mods

Hello....so this is not the first time I run mods using Mod organizer...before I formatted this PC it was working fine...well apart of mods not compatible with others but that's beside the point. I installed alot of mods and tried to run them at the same time but they didn't work, I tested JIP LN from inside Mod organizer and that didn't work either. I placed JIP LN raw inside new vegas folder and it did work even without administrative permission. keep in mind I already have mod organizer running as administrator and also the game. Other mods like NMC's work but others like oHUD and UIO combined dont work. any ideas how to fix this?

I don't use MO, so I can't really help you. However, this is a problem with how you are using MO and not related to FNV itself. I do know MO works from an "empty Data folder" concept, which means only when you have a mod marked as "active" in a profile is a "symbolic link" from that mod copied into the game "Data" folder. When you copied the "JIP LN NVSE" files into the Data folder and it worked, you confirmed that you have not been getting those symbolic links copied properly. This could be (I don't know for sure) because you have MO installed to your desktop (which is actually under your "Users\<accountname>" folder tree) instead of to it's own separate folder on your hard drive.

Please see the MO tutorials under the 'Mod Managers' section of the wiki "FNV General Mod Use Advice" article.

I've used "Wrye Bash"/"Wrye Flash" for over 15 years, so I am very familiar with it. It takes a bit of learning to utilize fully, but once you do I find it more capable than the newer ones. (Tutorials to get you started linked in the "FNV General Mod Use Advice" guide.) The most similar to it is FOMM (Forked), which might be easier for someone new to any mod manager.

Placing anything game related into "C:\Program Files" or "C:\Program Files(x86)" is going to cause problems, because it is a "system protected directory" and does not actually let you change anything located there once installed. (Not even "configuration" files.) This behavior is explained in detail in the "Installing Games on Windows Vista+" article. Install MO elsewhere, such as a "C:\Games" folder.

Your screenshot is not showing either UIO or oHUD enabled in the "default" profile. UIO and JIP require NVSE, and oHUD requires both UIO and MCM. Those also have to be enabled. (The same applies to any "requirements" needed by any mod.) You should also see the wiki "HUD-UI-Menu issues" article once you do get them to load.

so I have tested Wyre flash and it did not work either for some reason...when I installed UIO MCM and oHUD it did not work..and for a further testing I have also tested JIP LN nvse's command GetIsLAA which shows if the 4GB patch working or not..it gave that the command does not exist...don't remember exactly what the error was but it seems like that it can read some mods and some mods are not read... NMC's worked tho

If you do not have NVSE and JIP installed correctly, none of the mentioned mods that require them are going to work. Your tests are confirming that is your problem at the moment.

Which folder did you install Wrye Flash into?

Have you moved FNV out of the "C:\Program Files(x86)" folder tree? Please note that just because some games (most likely newer published ones) can work while installed there, does not mean that one developed 10 years ago can. It took game developers years to understand the changes Microsoft had made to practices they had urged upon them for decades, with the release of Vista.

Where is MO currently installed?

What have you done differently than previously? Unfortunately, just telling us things are working is not sufficient to help us help you. Remember: we can only work with information you provide us as we cannot see your system.

The video is helpful and not a waste of time, so I thank you for making it. If the following is not enough to resolve your issues, suggest you take this problem to the MO2 support forum and point them to it.

"Run as administrator" is not a substitute for specifying "folder permissions". The root of "C:" drive is quite restrictive in it's permissions as a protective measure, which is why it is recommended you set up a "Games" folder, and give it the folder permissions you generally want your games to have so you don't need to "run as administrator" (which is not a safe practice in general, and should not be required for any game that is properly setup). Then anything you install under that folder tree will inherit those permissions. These folder permissions are documented in the wiki "Installing Games on Windows Vista+" article.

With MO2 installing to the "Users" "AppData\Local" folder tree, you should not have any problems with access, even without "run as administrator" as your user account has full control there. But I note from the first

on MO2 that you can change the storage directory settings later if needed, but only while initially setting up MO2. I recommend you do so, as you should backup your "Users" folder frequently and there is no need to backup everything related to any and all games managed by MO that often. (I also note he does associate "nxm" links.) The GamerPoets video series on MO2 is an officially recommended tutorial. Even though you are an experienced MO user, it may have some new information.

The game "TTW" is the "Tales of Two Wastelands" mod which is a conversion of FO3 to run on the FNV game engine. It is treated as if a separate game, but requires you to first have a stable FNV configuration.

As I mentioned, I do not really know MO but I would not install either NVSE or JIP using MO. Instead suggest you install them both from outside of MO directly into the FNV "Data" folder. My reasoning is that most mod managers do not detect that NVSE related plugins go into the "Data\NVSE" subfolders properly, and they are something you want to be present regardless of any other mods for that game that are "profile specific". UIO, MCM, and oHUD should be installed and activated in the profile like any other mod.

The 4GB Patch is for the "Steam" Version of the game. GOG versions is already patched (and you want to restore the unpatched executable as patching it is known to cause problems), and I do not know but would not be surprised to learn that JIP does not detect that. As you have a GOG version ignore that the JIP "GetIsLAA" command is not working and assume you have the full 4GB of memory available.
