Mesh deformation when importing from 3ds Max to NIF.

Hello, and I immediately apologize for my bad English.

Question to those who were engaged in modeling.

Recently I encountered such a problem: when exporting from 3ds Max to the NIF format, the grid undergoes some strange distortions. I used 3ds Max 2018 to create a model, but used the 2016 version before and there were no such problems. However, I tried again using 2016 and different versions of the NIF plugin, but the problem remained. Can anyone come across this?

The exporter for MAX 2018 does weird things. Better export as OBJ and create a NIF with e.g OutfitStudio.

The best route would be to use MAX 2013 and the official NIF plugin from Bethesda which exports correctly for me. The only problem is, that 2013 isn't available for download anymore (at least not legally).

Keep in mind though, that you can't create custom collision or physics data without the official plugin and Havok Content Tools.
