My loadorder is not important, other than that I use Arthmoor's Oblivion DLC Delayers mod and now it seem I can't fix it since every DLC quests is sort of *disabled*. That gives me only one option left to try and that's to start those DLC quests via the console. What console commands do I need to use in the console? If I can't start those DLC quests via the console then I have to scrap everything and that's something I don't want to do if I can avoid it.
