Game keeps crashing, need advice on mod list

So, I started about 4 different characters in the last week and my game starts crashing somewhere about the time i reach lvl 20ish. It might be more connected to gametime passed in game than the actual level imho. For now i suspect it has something to do with SIM SETTLEMENTS autobuilding themselves and then reaching a point where it just overloads the game, but i'm new to the whole modding thing so anyone with more experience might have some insight.
