CTD upon fast travel or exiting/entering cities houses etc...

Hi,

 

I've recently been experiencing ctds after installing my latest 2 or 3 mods. It only ever happens when I fast travel or exit/enter an interior or exterior.

I'm also experiencing odd low resolution textures on statues and similar textured items. I think I also made the mistake of reinstalling some texture mods mid game to try and fix the problem.

My hardware is more or less a potato, but having said that I previously had very little problem running everything with almost no crashes (not perfect frame-rate but very playable).

 

Specs:

 

Windows 7 64 bit

Intel Core i5-2500s CPU 2.7 GHz

8 GB Ram

AMD Radeon HD 6770M 512MB

I'm using Skyrim LE

Game is located: C:\program files(x86)\steam\steamapps\common\Skyrim

I'm using the latest version of SKSE as well as Mod Organizer 2.

I also have ENBoost activated and I did try to run an ENB but realised I was pushing my luck so switched it off.

most ENB is coming with their own system of weather (depend of which ENB are you using right now), sometimes its conflicting each other making weird bug, CTD's and many more, same with Lightning mod (RLO, ELFX), you can try to disable it and use the ENBoost. also i notice you have 8GB Ram, you can try to allocating more memory in your ENB local. and this is just a suggestion, if you want to keep modding your Skyrim it will be much better if you upgrade your GPU. also i noticed you have few of "City" mod, this is just a warning, many mod that expanding or altering the "City" is conflicting each other as they alter the same cell and causing CTD's, you can try to disable it one by one in new save, and then when you find the culprit try to "play skyrim" without it (it is just my feeling but i think you have a problem with unofficial skyrim city patch with Jk's skyrim), Cutting Room Floor doesn't get more support in 'Oldrim' which is mean you won't get any help about it.

also, try to disable the autosave, it is bad for the game.
