New to modding and looking for help!

I'm no stranger to using mods in this game and am very familiar with it.

 

But I want to take a step forward into the modding scene as I have many ideas myself that seem to not exist out there. I'm wondering if there are people out there in the same boat as me or people who are just willing to give me advice and just help me along!

 

I have a very brief experience with the engine but thoroughly enjoy using it. I'm very excited to begin this little journey and encourage people to please give any tips or recommendations for a newbie like myself, also anyone wanting to help me further or work together can message me anytime!

 

My hope from this is to have a good source of info to come back to which will either help me or others in the same exciting position!

My advice: Don't put off learning how to Script just because it sounds scary and difficult.

 

Programming is often referred to as a language, and it's very approapriate. It's all about using the right "phrases" to form a coherent sentence.

Once you understand the basic functions and structure of scripting, the Theory will come naturally, as it's just a matter of translating an Idea from Human-Language to Script-Language.

 

I find it to be one of the most satisfying parts of Modding.

i made many many mods and im still making more ^_^

but most of my mods were in Russia and Japan :) Nexus is new for me

 

 

you look for help but you dont ask for any specific problem :x

 

for me modding is mostly creating nice looking places with stories and new stuff

but for my friends they pref making Followers or Armors

 

 

first you have to choice what u want to do :P

I'm glad to hear that! There isn't a specific issue I'm having trouble with, this is just for my journey through the process.
