I was wondering (after looking for it on internet and finding nothing about it) if anybody here could please point me to any mod that replaces (or adds) any face tattoo with nape tattoos. In fact, the point is that not seeing something like this in FO4 tells me that it might be imposible to do for any reason, but in case it would be posible, it feels weird that it didn't happen.
