Problem with Bodyslide: working only one body not armor

The problem Im having deals with bodyslide mainly that none of the vanilla armor is being altered to fit the body i built, however the nude body is the same as the build in bodyslide. I followed some tutorials and downloaded the mod using vortex as my manager, and ran bodyslide through my Steam/steamapps/common/skyrim/data pathway. Not through vortex pathway , which people seem adamant about. I've tried redownloading the mod thinking that maybe it just didnt download correctly, and even cleaned out all mods, skyrim, and vortex out of my computer and started fresh. But the problem wasnt resolve. Im using dimonized unp body.

 

I dont use forums and I'll apologize now if I made some mistakes, please feel free to correct me. I just redownloaded skyrim and modding again, still pretty much a newb and especially with vortex.

You may find it helpful to consult other threads in this forum dealing with BodySlide. When I used forum search today, it returned 61 entries for "BodySlide."

I've went through some other threads looking for those with similarities with mine but of the few I've found almost all of them werent able to find a fix.

Your problem is more likely with Bodyslide than it is with your mod manager.

Let me do as I usually do, and refer you to a Gopher Tutorial:

 

 

Make SURE you select all appropriate groups in Bodyslide, run a batch build, and maybe select Morphs if available. Can't hurt.

 

(editorial comment: Folks are way too quick to delete everything and start over. Most problems are not that drastic.)

 

Edited to add: Bodyslide does not alter vanilla armor. Your chosen armor has to provide Bodyslide files.

I took a break and watched gophers video, when he opens the outfit/body tab the vanilla armors (or mod he is using as a replacer) displays said armor; however mine does not it only shows the Unp body presets. I tried working on it again and it seems that bodyslide in not registering or finding the armors. I've tried with an armor replacer but same problem, the armor is not being found. I think I need to find where/how bodyslide stores these files and maybe move the armor mods there so that they can be built.

 

Edit: I found another thread with the same exact problems as mine. But likewise they were not able to fix the problem.
