World map is replaced by Imperial City map when in the IC?

I think its a problem with Dynamic Map or with Better Cities.

Whenever i am withing the Imperial City, the world map is not showing tamriel, but instead is limited to the Imperial City, showing all gate markers nicely and being colored, but forcing me to go travel to an outer gate and then exiting the imperial city whenever i want to fast travel from within the Imperial City.

The bad news is I canât tell you how to fix this. The good news is the same happened to me and I was able to fix it. So, itâs not game breaking. Hopefully someone else who has run into the remembers the solution.
