Strange texture glitch

Hello!

So I have this glitch, where in certain positions the skin of my character (arms) just becomes darker and transparent:

This goes away in certain spots.

This is what Loot shows for my load order and I have no issues, I'm running a minimal modded version on Windows 10.

I also wanted to mention that I have Oblivion Reloaded. Strangely If I uninstall OR the bug stops. Any way I can fix this without uninstalling OR?

Try turning off OR's skin shader.

Troubleshooting is a process ... what ENB are you using?

 

- Edit - Is there a reason you're using an outdated version of COBL?

COBL is showing version 172.21104 on the download page.

 

Have you installed any new mods lately? Always best to check the most recent mod installation, Did this just start happening? If so what did you do different than you usually have? Any changes you may have made etc..

Looks like a camera issue when things get too close to me from the little I can extract from the one single screenshot you showed. You say it disappears when you disable OR? Then it must be another one of its features, or maybe some camera / distance settings in one of its many INIs isn't quite perfect yet for your tastes.
