I uninstalled it (and discovered its ability to break saved games) the first time I encountered the issues it caused with mods I wanted more. Never reinstalled it. Witcher Pack was causing him to not be clothed and I guess trying to wear whatever was in that mod. I removed it except the dress for the Anora mod and everything seems fine now.
