[Mod Request] Hime Cut hairstyle

There's already one hime cut hairstyle in this game, but I don't feel like it's good enough. The bob-cut looks good, but it's too short.

Can someone make a mod that adds or replaces a hairstyle with a hime cut?

 

A preferable style would be like Lili Rochefort from Tekken.
