So, I have recently installed Re-Engaged ENB (V. Vivid Weathers)

And now have an awful bug thats really pissing me off.

Whenever I have a spell equipped it creates this weird shine on other characters (and certain rocky areas)
I can't work out why, VW was installed before the ENB, it doesnt create this effect on anything other than skin and some rocks

Any help would be greatly appreciated and I would be in your debt if some one fixes this or tells me how to!!!

Here is a video of what it looks like

The first 30 seconds are just explaining what I wrote above so skip to 35 seconds in to see it!

search for this to your ENB Series ini.

[sSAO_SSIL]
AOMixingTypeInterior=0

if its still doesnt work set this in skyrim prefs ini

iBlurDeferredShadowMask= 0 (this will make the shadow not softer but the glow is gone, and maybe you want to change this too iShadowMapResolution=4096, iShadowMapResolutionPrimary=4096, iShadowMapResolutionSecondary=4096)

and maybe you can turn off the ambient occlusion in enb series ini.

if the problem still persist you can turn off the Detailed shadow in enb series ini. remember to backup your enb series ini file first.

IF the problem still persist AGAIN look up in skyrim prefs ini set this

iBlurDeferredShadowMask=1
iMultiSample=0
bFXAAEnabled=0
bTransparencyMultisampling=0
bDeferredShadows=1

the shadow will became pixelated, you must use an ENB. change each of them one by one from one upper solution until the latest solution. hope this will help.
