The plot would be kind of simmilar to NV - one region wants to be independent but the bad tribes want it and you'd be able to join all the factions and stuff. And I'd need people who know a bit about scripting itself as I suck at it, someone to make the map with me (I'm basing it on real life stuff, so it's not that bad), someone who can make good textures and/or models and good voice actors but we can find them later.
