Hello.

 

Is it only me or roll-dodges are just silly, annoying trend in action games?

I think that backstep or dash moves are much better alternative to idiotic rolling around like some sort of clown in circus.

 

In this game actually there is good looking backstep animation, which is a part of "Evasion Shot" bow skill which can be learned from Ture (in Berg city).

 

I would be happy to see mod removing those silly rolls and probably I would finally enjoy melee combat in this game.

This is something i definitely agree.

 

I have to say also the bonus/malus should be keeped (i.e. rogue's feather dodge, scaled leather sachel and so on...) and the sword's alt attack move-set maybe a fine animation for lateral dodge.
