I am playing a modded version of Oblivion and the Chapel of Arkay in Cheydinhal is marked as trespassing. I am hoping someone can tell me a solution to fix this.

Do you mean entering the chapel through the main entrances? Or trying to get in the hall/undercroft? By design, most chapels only have the main entrances unlocked.

Wow, that's bizarre, never heard of this issue before.  I can't identify anything in your load order that is causing it.  I hope someone has the answer.

Any idea how i could find out, ive been useing construction set to look for something with the chapel not flagged as public

TES4Edit may be a better tool for looking for that flag set for the Chapel of Arkay, working through the mods that you think to be the most likely candidates.

You were right TES4EDIT was much easier to find what i needed to change. I got it fixed thank you very much . It was Immersive interiors landscape addon.

I imagine its just an error that never got fixed, as only immersive interiors and that addon dont have those flags.
