I need help with some missing save game files pleaseee.

Hey guys, I really need your help.
I recently bought a new hard drive and made it my main and installed the operating system in it. However when I played my games which are now saved on the slave disc, all the mods, save files,etc are gone, and some were pretty ahead so now I have to start over.

Is it a way to recover this save files and move them somewhere so I can recover my progress? Please help.

I didnt format or deleting anything just installed a new hard drive.

Your saves, and other game information, are saved in your user profile. Since you installed windows on a different drive, none of that information is where the game expects it to be. Not to mention that even the GAME isn't where the game expects to be...... You should be able to simply move that information to the correct folders in the new windows installation, and be down the road.

 

It would help though, if you would tell us just which game you are talking about.
