Black Steel Plate Armor For PS4?

I was hoping someone could make steel plate armor re colored all black for me? If possible I would be even more interested if it also had robes so I can play my battle mage best look would be adept robes with steel plate armor but all black if not it's not possible for the PS4 just let me know but if it is I'd appreciate it! Thanks for all the mods you guys do even for PS4!

I could be wrong, and I hope someone more knowledgeable comes in with a better answer, but I don't believe it's possible.

 

To the best of my knowledge, Sony doesn't allow assets, so if it can't be done with an .esp, it can't be on PS4. Normally, it would require, at the very least, extracting the steel plate textures, manipulating the color, then re-including them, either as part of a .bsa or as loose files, depending on the system. No such luck with Sony, as far as I know, so you're limited to what can be done with "texture sets," which basically allows you to point one item to another item's texture, without leaving creation kit and the vanilla archives. This works with similarly-mapped textures. For example, you can put markarth's guard armor texture onto Riften's guard armor, because they're all mapped the same, but you can't put the ebony armor texture onto steel armor, and have it look decent.

 

If you're in a position to play on PC instead, however, there are a couple of mods you might like, including MadCat221's Robed Steel Plate Armor and Robed Ebony Armor.

 

I'm sorry, and I really hope there's a way that I just don't know about, and someone will be able to hook you up.
