Modded Skyrim Crash Near Riften

Hi, I just started modding Skyrim and I'm pretty new at it. My problem is that I am crashing when I get close to the doors of Riften and other than that, sometimes I also crash randomly during random times.

 

I have 122 mods active as of now and 185 plugins enabled too.

I am also using Vortex as my mod manager.

 

My CPU is a 8700k I7 core processor and my GPU is a Duke GTX 1080 TI. I have 16 gigabytes of ram but not sure about video ram on the graphics card. I have about 60 gb free on my C disk (SSD) but 1.12 tb on my D disk (HDD).

 

This is a desktop and not a laptop but I am also not that good with computers so I dont know much.

 

My game is located in the D drive with Steam, along with Vortex.

 

I do not know my game version but I am sure it is the most recent and newest version that has come out.

 

I have all 3 DLC's. (Dawnguard, Dragonborn, Hearthfire)

 

I am also using SKSE, with build 1.7.3.

 

I have loot and TES5Edit but I have no idea how to use any of those so they are untouched.
