I am not sure if it's because of the "visit the winterhold college" misc quest or something texture wise but it doesnt happen anywhere else. But nothing changed. Also I tried disabling stuff like flora overhall and nobel textures but no luck. I also tried to disable the USSEP on a separate save to try out if it somehow ctds on the quest . No luck. I am pulling out my hairs out to find out what causes it. Also Load order is sorted with LOOT just in case but considering only the texture mods overwrite each other I doubt it's the case. Also update - I narrowed it down to something that affects the WinterholdCollegeExterior cell since when I try to coc to one of the inner cells like archmage quarters and hall of attainment it doest crash. So it is something affecting the exterior cell.ReEDIT: Found the culprit it's one of these 4 Skyrim Realistic Overhaul 1+Skyrim Realistic Overhaul Part 3+Skyrim Realistic Overhaul Part 2+Skyrim Realistic Overhaul Part 1So I will go with using nobel textures for the most part from now on.
