Pause Menu greyed out with Mod Configuartion Menu

This just pop'd up for me too. I wonder if it's from an update? I'm using TTW and a bunch of associated mods, if that might be it.

Edit: Deactivating MCM fixed the menu for me, so it's definitely something to do with MCM.

Yep. Can confirm, somehow mod configuration menu is acting up and disabling (graying out) all other options in pause menu. This is a bit weird because it was working before (100 hours and counting) and I have this problem only now. I don't recall changing load orders or anything for this to happen. Moving MCM down in load order does not work either but disabling it does.

When I start the game the same menu works fine.

What if we're having the same problem, but don't have Project Nevada?

i know this is a couple of years old but im bumping into this issue. is there a resolution for it?

Not sure if you're gonna see this , but for any one else that might have this issue, the update Midwestern Courier mentioned fixed the problem for me. I am also using Project Nevada as well for anyone else.

Also this is a couple of years late, but for anyone who still plays nowadays, this is how I fixed it. Disable Mod configuration mod in your mod manager or pull the file out of your FNV data directory. Then boot the game up, your start screen should be fine now. If you have Project Nevada, the mod configuration option should be available, but only for the Project Nevada mod and its add-ons. Next, make a new save while the pause menu is fine. After that reactivate Mod configuration in your mod manager. Boot the game up and everything should be back to normal. Note: Just in case you have Distributed Necklaces mod. The thing that froze my pause menu was clicking on this mods options. So watch out for that.
