Odd LOD generation meshes

I've been trying to generate LOD for a worldspace I've been working on but whenever I generate LOD meshes they look like this:

I'm using the latest version of the GECK and I'm also using the GECK extender with the 4gb enabler and NVSE enabled. The world space in question has 21 chunks and 130 cells. Is there something wrong with the world space itself or is there a problem with the GECK?
