Oblivion NPC Package problem *PLEASE HELP*

So I have a problem with Oblivion Construction Set.

 

I made Emperor Uriel Septim and I placed him in the Elder council chambers.

 

I double clicked him in the Editor and I removed ALL of the other packages and I putted mine package in his package list.

 

He only has mine package in the list but he still doesn't do anything.

 

He's on the same spot and If i try to move him by force in game he comes back at the same spot.

 

And I noticed that somekind of duplicate of him appeared in the NPC List but I didn't made a duplicate, I only made the original one.

 

So about his package, I clicked on Travel and then I went in Conditions and there I clicked TARGET and I added there The Merchants Inn and I selected GetInCell.

 

His package is that he goes occasionally to Merchant's inn and goes back to Imperial city palace but I didn't even completed the second package that he goes back to palace after he visits merchant's inn.

 

I tried in game to see if he's gonna go in Merchants Inn but he doesn't he just stands there like wooden Marry -.-'

 

Can someone help me with this and the other thing is, how to make everything in one ESP....

 

When I save I open the ESP that I created and Construction set makes me another esp, it's so annoying...

My brother you are a legend thank you so much, now I don't have to be bored by making so much different esps.

Now I can finally do everything in one, that's what I was searching for.

 

Now the other problem....

 

How to make my Uriel Septim do that package which I created for him ?

 

He just stands there....

 

Just a simple package : He is in Merchant's Inn speaking with everyone untill 10 pm then after that goes back to sit in palace...

Create a duplicate of the emperor and give him a custom made package, the fact he goes to the merchants' inn is probably due to a mod conflict if you modified the vanilla Uriel.

I guess it will work now, I forgot to give him a script.

I just added a package without script so that's why he stayed lifeless.

I just realised that script is the one who activates the package.

This is so cool I hope to create a good mod when I reach expert state in this lol.
