SSE Alternative Laid to Rest - Skyrim Special Edition

Greetings everyone, I've been looking for Nexus to change one of Skyrim's missions to make it a vampire quest. The general idea would be that, in Morthal, in the mission of Laid to Rest, Alva could be saved and fulfill his plans to enslave the city. I've been looking at the forums and this was already proposed several years ago, before the Special Edition. In one comment I saw what could be a perfect mod for this, although they are just ideas:

I just did the quest again and I have the same desire. I try to play a more sinister dragonborn (assasin and thief) and maybe become a vampire later on (idk yet because of the drawbacks of vampirism).

It could make a really good story, if you could become a master vampire, leader of a coven instead of Movarth and fulfilling his plans.

I have thought about a solution on the problem with enslaving Morthal and quests: Create another village.

There are plenty of mods that add castles/fortresses, so a village should be possible too (maybe on an island on the northern shore?). This village would be a normal village with little interaction.

Beginning the mod:

The mod can be started by completing Laid to Rest, but saving Alva (with high Speech you could stop that guy from attacking in this mod). Then you could let Alva turn you into a vampire if you wish so, or you could just stay human. Alva would be in your debt and then you could suggest following the plans Movarth and she made.

Instead of Mortal (since all the stuff has made people alert) another isolated place would be a good target for enslavement and so the choice falls on the town on the island.

If you have killed Alva, additional plans could be found in her home to start the quest.

The quest:

Do small favours for the local populance to gain their trust and work your way up in the village (buying house and stuff). You also could introduce conversation options after doing a certain amount of favours (at a certain reputation). A bounty system could be used as a reputation system for your esteem. At certain levels, you are able to lure in certain citizens and enthralling them, or let Alva (or maybe other to be added vampires) enthrall them. Eventually the entire village is enthralled or turned vampire.

Alva could possibly help you, or you could help her become the leader. She could move to the new village, or not be involved at all with the matters.

The benefits:

- A small village that you practically own, with vampires living in the open.

- Means to feed as a vampire without risk.

- Maybe acces to certain materials/spells/gold.

- Free mercenaries to take with you.

Potential add-ons:

- Forming raid parties to bring people in to be slaughtered to feast on.

- Aliances with Namira Roth (for better feeding) or Molag Bal (for better enthralling).

- Contact with Sybille Stendor (she is a vampire yet very close to the possible future ruler of skyrim)

- Defending the town from vigilantes of Stendar.

- Things from Dawnguard DLC (I haven't played Dawnguard yet)
