Skyrim wont accept new Meshes or textures

Hi!
Im having this issue where new meshes or textures in mods that I install, for whatever reason, simply arent being read by the game. they just appear as invisible in the game.
I can even go into the physical texture/mesh files and replace them, even the vanilla ones, but nothing changes.

I tried going into skyrim.ini in my documents and changed the bInvalidateOlderFiles =0 line to bInvalidateOlderFiles =1, as some have suggested.

it worked and all the new texture/meshes are loading. but now my player characters body mesh has turned into that red triangle with an exclaimation mark.
Of course if I switch it back to bInvalidateOlderFiles =0, my body mesh comes back, and all mod meshes/textures become invisible again.
So its like I have to choose between either having working mod meshes, or no player body mesh.
Have any of you guys encountered this, or if youve found a solution, that would be great!

hey there

so basically when there is warning symbol like triangle or purple textures, you're missing certain textures. you can try to re install your body replacer mod and see if its work. check whether you have old installation mod, maybe its a leftover from previous mod.
