The light on surfaces goes dark while moving, and then brightens back up when I stop moving.
I tried to reinstall my Skyrim but this not work. I tested my game with no mod... and nothing. The bug persists.

-Removed all mods.
-Reinstalled the game.
-Reinstalled the Graphic card driver,
=And.. Nothing.

Video: (She's have same problem.)

hello there.

i don't see any big problem with it, but if you do have a ENB, you can try to change this line in Skyrim prefs.

bDrawLandShadows=0 (search this line and change it to "1" without quote).

try if this worked out, if no reply to me.

spamming post doesn't help very much please. be patient, if you mind this problem very much, you can try to install "ELFX" with ENB to get rid of the problem as fast as possible. here is the link to the ENB that already have built in ELFX, make sure you already installed "Climates of Tamriel".

Revenant ENB (you can try another ENB as you like, this is my personal choice which is i find most performance friendly. don't need to install "ELFX" again)

Climates of Tamriel

(the weather mod, many ENB have their own weather system, but you can try this one. it is compatible with the ENB, make sure you choose the right options)

hope this help you.
