SSE Enclosed Riverwood

For all the people who are using NMM, get CTD's when entering Riverwood, and don't want to put in the time to find out which mods are causing it. I propose a mod which turns Riverwood into an enclosed city like the rest of the main city's, then the city wont load until you travel in, fixing the CTD hopefully. And if it doesnt fix it, then well it's Riften V2
