Vortex Save Data not reading over different systems

Just here for a quick fix if there is one. I played Skyrim using Vortex on a previous computer. I reinstalled Skyrim and Vortex on a different system, but im lacking some amounts of Save Data.

For instance, on my old system, i had a level 17 character who was currently holed up in whiterun.

On my new system, i have a Save Data containing only a level 9 character, in a save that's waaaaay in the past.

On both systems, i have full access to all previous saves, but not any recent ones

The Saves i wanted are 2 weeks old.

Is there any way to import and export different saves over systems? Or is this a temporary bug that i am experiencing?

Thanks!

The saves on your old system (Assuming you used profiles and had Vortex manage those profile saves) would be found in

C:\users\<NAME>\Documents\My Games\Skyrim (or Skyrim Special Edition)\Saves\ (then a folder with a random bunch of letters and numbers)

-OR-, if you just used the normal saves it would be

C:\users\<NAME>\Documents\My Games\Skyrim (or Skyrim Special Edition)\Saves\

You could just copy those save games over to the new computer.

I do it all the time, or when my save folder gets too crowded, I'll zip them up and dump them on an external drive.

It keeps the mouse and the game from getting laggy at the main menus
