Fallout 4 New clothes doesnt add ingame need help

Hi Guys, this is my first post in this forum, so i am really sorry if i did something wrong here.

So, i wanted to play Fallout 4 again with mods ofc.
i added all my fallout 4 inis and docs.
than i thought i can use the new vortex tool because it looked very easy to use, and it was easy.
(not my first time modding fallout 4=)).
so i started with some nice texture mods to make my world look good and the enemys and animals inside. All worked fine!
than i started to mod my charakter give him a nice hairstyle etc. with looksmenu
Worked fine.
I also change some clothe like the vault suit and raider suits.
Than i wanted to add Wearable Backpacks and cross_instituteexpeditionarysuit.
HERE starts the problem. I instilled them but they doesnt show up at all. Not in the chem station not when i try to find them via commands. Like they dont exist.
i looked up where they are instilled and it looks all fine, they are listed in fallout 4 data meshes textures etc. how they should be so all fine, but they dont show up ingame.
I am at the end! i tried everything for more than 4 hours ( about to throw the pc out of the window )
Fallout 4 is at the newest version
F4SE is at the newest version
Armorsmith Extended is at the newest version

i prey to god that someone can help me so i dont need to delete eveything and never touch fallout 4.

Did you craft the BACKPACK Workbench?

 

HOW TO GET EQUIPMENTS

1. Craft “Backpack Workbench” using the workshop menu.
2. Craft the equipments using Backpack Workbench..
3. Upgrade equipments using any Armor Workbench.

For Cross Expeditionary, it should be at the bottom of the menu in the Chemlab, near the bottom of the list.
Try going into one of the lower menus

Yeah i tried that and i also looked to the whole chemlab like 30 times nothing.

Did you INSTALL, then ENABLE, then DEPLOY the mods?

Best to turn on "Deploy Mods When Enabled"

Anther problem Fallout 4 has is it is easy to exceed the menu limit. Items don't show in workbench.

Try a new game with a minimal mod set. Especially eliminate mods that have a lot of workbench entries like Fallout 4 Settlements.

You my friend, you are a god, i turned it off instilled the mod again and it worked just fine. OMG i love u <3. And i tried everything deinstilled everything etc more than 8 hours wasted and it was just one switch =D

Never mistake correlation for causation.

And HadToRegister was actually recommending turning that switch ON.

 

I personally think just reinstalling the mod did the trick.

I reinstalled every mod and new clothes mods with the switch On like 30 times the last 6 hours and now when i turn it off it works just fine. So it must had been it.
