Preset Pack 5 is installed correctly but doesn't work (Fallout 4)

I'm trying to get preset pack 5 installed for Fallout 4. I have all the files ready and loaded and the presets tab is still dark ingame. I'm using Vortex version 0.17.11 I'm using windows 10 x64.

I also need help with game running too fast I'm using a Intel Core i7-8700K 16gb ram and Nvidia GeForce RTX 2080 I've gone into the fallout4 ini files and changed the Vsync values to 0 and its still running super fast

Not really willing to look at this until you tell us you have read all five pages in the mod posts.

This mod has 12 hard required mods, and does not come with hair or outfits.

 

If you preview the mod download, it will show all files in the mod and their location they should go.

If you look in your game directory, after a Deploy, and those files are not where they are supposed to be - that might be a Vortex issue.

This mod not working for you - is not a Vortex issue.

i don't see either issue as related to vortex. you may want to take issue #1 to the mod page and issue #2 to the general fallout 4 page.

this forum is for issues with vortex mod manager. sounds brutal, but that's how you get the best help.
