Hello.I keep getting CLR20r3 error when trying to launch MGEXEgui.
I tried updating/reinstalling net framework,Installed VC 2005 and 2008 redistributables and running Launcher, gui and Morrowind exe as admin. Also disabled UAC.
Specs:Win 7 Ultimate x64,Steam Morrowind with Morrowind Code Patch,Official DLCS and MWSE 2.1 which came with MGEXEgui and Patch for Purists.

Is that a windows error??? If so, might try this:

1. Click Start button, click All Programs, click Accessories, then right-click Command Prompt, in the right click menu, please click Run as administrator.
2. Type the following commands, press Enter after each line.

regsvr32 atl.dll
cd C:\WINDOWS\eHome
ehSched /unregServer
ehSched /service
ehRecvr /unregServer
ehRecvr /service
ehRec.exe /unregServer
ehRec.exe /regserver
ehmsas.exe /unregServer
ehmsas.exe /regserver

The type in exit, and hit enter. Try MGE again.

That sounds like you haven't installed DirectX 9.0c and both MGE, MGE-XE requires DirectX 9.0c to be installed, which can be installed regardless what DirectX version e.g DirectX10, DirectX11 you have present in WIndows.

Here is a quick guide about to how install/reinstall/uninstall MGE or MGE-XE, just replace MGE with MGE-XE if you're using MGE-XE.

About MWSE 2.1, I think, you still need to install Merzasphor's MWSE update on top of the MGE-XE installation and make sure you haven't disabled the internal MWSE in MGE-XEgui. Otherwise it won't work properly.
