T-Pose and Bugginess after Fresh Install and Mod Removal (among other things)

So I recently gone into the vortex mod staging folder and deleted all the mods and folders out of there hoping that would remove them completely, and I'm not that experienced in modding either way beyond using Edit Software on the vanilla files and reading compatibility/patch segments on mod pages. So I don't know if I already did something wrong. So basically, my previous run of skyrim got too ideally buggy after adding a few more mods to it to continue (things like the invisible bounty glitch popping up sometimes, textures being screwy on armor and clothes, lighting and weather mods possibly bugging each other to create bleach white blinding light and godrays, and npcs going super saiyan and floating into the air for no reason while loading new areas.) playing with it to my liking, so I want to start over and re-download mods based on my new experience and liking. In my previous run I had things like UNP, fnis, xpmblahblah, and other things installed, so I don't know if I need to re-install finis and update anims. But basically, after I re-installed skyrim, the stuff on the tin started happening when the game SHOULD of had a clean install from steam. However, I checked cloud sync to see if that was still active, and I still had it disabled, and went in to see if I had things in my skyrim directory and lo and behold SSE64 was still in there. So, some things are still being brought over for some reason. But I gone ahead and deleted the data folders and whatnot to see if I can get a clean install from steam's file validation process.

Any recommendations on what I should do/how I could fix it if it pops up again?

Edit: Everything seems to be normal after data file deletion and stuff. Will update accordingly if I experience anything while testing vanilla game.
